LISTING SERVICES:
1) Lockbox and realtor sign within the first 24 hours of the listing. Approximately 90% of homes sold in Atlanta are sold with a co-op agent. With a lockbox on your home, you will get increases showings with easy access.2) Professional photograph of home with HomeScenes.com3) Agent feedback through lockbox which goes to seller directly. 4) There are 2 Real Estate Multiple Listing services in greater Atlanta. Both services are needed to get your home marketed. Your listing is entered within 24 hours into First Multiple Listing Services and Multiple Listing Service. With these 2 services, 20,000 agents will know your home is for sale. They also will have 6-13 photographs of your home to look at as well.5) Listing forms completed and entered within the first 24 hours of the listing date.6) Enter home on Homescene where viewers will view your home.
INTERNET AND WEB SITES:
1) Information on the listing will be entered on the internet.2) Your home will appear on the RE/MAX International website, with over 300 search engines, and a "Grand Tour” with 6-13 pictures. Also included is a Virtual Tour. Most importantly on Realtor.com, the #1 website where most buyers go to look for homes. On Realtor.com we can "showcase" your home with 13 photos. It will also be on my personal website: http:/www.gretaholland.com/.3) Agent feedback given to Seller upon entering home from lock box access.
OPEN HOUSE/CARAVAN:
1) One Sunday during the first month from 2-4 (and throughout the listing).2) As many Open Houses as humanly possible.3) Caravan luncheons where I will personally send out 1000-20000 invitation that allow other agents to preview your home and these are agents from all companies not just RE/MAX. The more agents that see your home, the more likely they will find a buyer and get your home sold. Listing and caravans will be presented at our office and at sales meetings.
MARKETING:
1) Phone all potential buyers with details of your listing.2) Professionally design and photographed brochures of your home to impress potential buyers.3) Weekly update on the number of showings along with feed back from agents.4) If no offers are made within the first 6-8 weeks of the listing, we will evaluate the marketing and review pricing with you.
